What is Crumbs?

Crumbs is a private second brain you talk to on WhatsApp. You dump anything you want to remember, notes, ideas, todos, reminders, links, photos, voice notes, contacts, locations, and ask for it back later in plain language. It's the calmer upgrade to messaging yourself.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Crumbs works entirely inside WhatsApp, no new app to learn. A dedicated Crumbs mobile app for Android and iOS is coming soon, where the same saved items are easier to browse and connect.

Is Crumbs private?

Private, with one important caveat you should know. Unlike our other apps, Crumbs runs on servers rather than on your phone, because it has to receive your message and hand it back later. Your crumbs are stored encrypted, and the content is sent to Google's Gemini API so Crumbs can understand it, transcribe voice notes and find what you ask for. We do not sell it or use it for ads, your data is exportable and deletable at any time, and Crumbs never fabricates a memory, recall is grounded only in what you actually saved.
